Long-term Discom Resource Adequacy Plan (LT DRAP)

The Resource Adequacy Guideline published by the Ministry of Power in June 2023 mandates distribution utilities to prepare a Long-Term DISCOM Resource Adequacy Plan (LT-DRAP) for the next 10 years and submit it to the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) for vetting.

This portal has been developed by CEA to facilitate the Utilities in the preparation of LT DRAP through uploading data sheets including STELLAR input and output sheets, uploading LT-DRAP prepared by Discoms, seeking comments and clarifications etc.
